You agree that Growsuccess21 may terminate your access to the Growsuccess21 services for violations or suspect of violations of the Terms of Use and/or requests by authorized law enforcement or other government agencies.

User Responsibility

The Growsuccess21 team does not welcome any attempts of using our platform for buying/selling links. Growsuccess21 recommends its users to stick to Google guidelines and avoid participating in link manipulation schemes.

 

Using the Growsuccess21 service, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Growsuccess21 registration form and maintain and update the registration details to keep them true, accurate and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete Growsuccess21 has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Growsuccess21 service.

Growsuccess21 website performance

You acknowledge that maintenance, upgrades, “bugs” and other planned or unplanned causes or circumstances may result in interruptions or errors in the Growsuccess21 services and accept that (although Growsuccess21 will make reasonable efforts to keep and maintain the service uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free accessible and error free) your use of the Growsuccess21 services may be subject to such interruptions and errors.

Service Agreement

• To register your blog on Growsuccess, you must complete the blog verification process and keep the verification codes/files on your blog permanently.
• All the articles that you have received from Growsuccess will be permanent.
• It is mandatory for all the publishers to provide at least 2 do follow client links. Posts that you will receive from Growsuccess21 will be exclusive and the links will be permanently marked as do follow and should not be changed to no follow or sponsored. Publishers are restricted to insert new links to the articles that they have received from Growsuccess.
• If any publisher removes the post/links for any order that they receive from Growsuccess21 they will have to send a refund or the publisher will face legal issues.
• Advertisers are free to request changes in the content at any point of time.
• Growsuccess holds the authority to approve or reject your blogs at any point of time.
• If you would like to quit the platform you can simply delete the blog from your account however, all the sponsored posts that you've received Growsuccess will be permanent on your blog.
• All the publishers have 72 days to publish the post if you fail to publish the posts within provided time order will be canceled and the amount will be refunded to the advertiser.

Termination

You agree that Growsuccess may terminate your access to the Growsuccess21 services for violations or suspect of violations of the TOU and/or requests by authorized law enforcement or other government agencies.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises between you and us, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost-effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you first to contact us  try resolving your problem directly with us.
